Dear Zaara,
You need to get in touch with Mrs. Bilquis Edhi of the Edhi Foundation. She's heading the Edhi children's home, located in Block 4 Kehkeshan, Clifton and she's the one instrumental in helping Hadiqa Kiyani, the singer, to adopt a new born baby boy directly from his grandfather. The child's father died in the earthquake and the mother died after giving birth to him.

If you succeed, or whatever information you come across, please let me know as I'm interested too.
God Bless your good heart and guide you on your path! Ameen.
Jazak Allah Khair,
huma

yes definately you can get information by calling the people cheeta786 has mentioned. i would also recommend Edhi. Edhi does have a center in Balakot and a numerous in Islamabad and Rawalpindi where these orphans and injured were brought to. I would also recommend you to contact the embassy of the country you are living in. In Pakistan, you would only have to fill out a few papers but for other countries its somewhat a long process. I hope it helps.
