Egyptian resturant


haven't seen any egyptian resturant around. do u think it will be effective if u see an egyptian resturant opened in ur Area? do u think Americans will like our food?

p.s.: I don't like all these restaurants, businesses, in Egypt that copy names that are western. It should be a name that carries our identity...mesh keda :)

LOL sha3baan el kazr. i swear when i was in egypt. someone called his store EL-3abeet. cairofresh 7elw bass te2eel. 7atatak-batatak :) is weird name, but mesh sahl yet2al. how u guys like "Banaroma" ?

anyway, guys say if i am opening a resturant in Egypt (which i am working at it) and want a nice name for it. what it could be? come up with a name so i can name my resturant in Egypt?

fe3lan that's true magaber. i think many egyptians are afraid to have a private business and they prefer being employeed.

We have a bunch of greek and lebanese restaurants, they obviously have similar food, and seem to be doing well. Generally I think egyptians are not as business savy as the shami people, and ten to stick being employees, I think that's why we don't see many egyptian places...at least here. my2C
