Dont contact anybody as yet. I have contacted everybody that needs to be contacted in the embassy in china. We are just waiting for the manufacturer to deliver the tents to PIA. The manufacturer has been given all the instructions.
If PIA does not accept our order for free, we will probably need to pull some strings then.

ok I will contact the embassy in Washington.

How much is the shipping charge? Also, could you give me more detais on Mr. Husain? where abouts etc. if you like you can also contact Mr. sadiq at Pakistan embassy, Washington . His email is [email protected] . He could be able to help.

PS: I don't think buying tickets at the counter will be an issue.

btw - guys I did talked to PIA people in china and they told me that they will take the shipment as long as we are willing to pay for the cargo charges Or else we need to contact Mr. Hussain from consulate to get embassy's approval to get free cargo service from PIA. I am trying to contact this Mr. Hussain but so far no luck the number I got from PIA is no worky :-(
