Eid Mubarak 2005

My Dearest & Beloved Friends & Family Members,

Indeed, it is eternal pleasure for me to have you all in my life, and
I am grateful that there is always a joy in your company; either you
are living 30 miles or 300 miles, or 30,000 miles away from me, but
your presence in my heart really makes a big difference in my life,
and I am wishing you the wonderful, happiest, greatest and super duper
Eid.

On that moment of celebration, I would like to tell you something, I
was thinking about it for last couple of days that I should speak-out
in front of you at certain point in my life and on that special
occasion I think God give me a very bright chance to say it right
away.

We are all aware of the calamities that Human Beings on this earth are
going through, most specifically the Two Largest Muslim Nation hit by
the tragic natural disasters. We are prescribed to have patience in
every step of life. Alas! We are Human and weak, I am sure you guys
are very strong and brave as compare to me, we usually scream and cry
on certain occasion and usually ask the question like, I usually do,
"Why me?" or "Why us?" I know that's what we collectively shout and
cry. But in Koran we already have the answer that "why we can't have
patience?" and the "reason" behind that "Why me?" or "Why us?"
questions that usually aroused in our mind after certain events,
either they are on micro or macro level.

Though we are weak and we don't know the logic behind every event that
occurred in our life, but at least we have faith and we have Koran and
we have Sunah.

In Koran, Surah-e-Kahaf (Chapter 18), Verse 68.

"And how canst thou have patience about things about which thy
understanding is not complete?"

Very plain and simple, sometime we don't know why things are going
little "Crazy" around us, and the Koran answered our question in very
simple and in plain words, that, we are unaware of the "wisdom" behind
the actions of God, because as we all agree that we are "finite" and
God is "infinite" and grasping the "infinite" from "finite" brain or
logic is impossible, but it is God's will to whom He grant that kind
of Wisdom & Knowledge that make ones able to understand the Logic and
Reasoning behind the events occurring from Micro to Macro level in
every moment of our life..

As an example, consider this .8 year old Kido, takes a tour of Live
Operation Theatre, he will scream and cry and feel burden on his heart
and mind that, the people behind the Mask are very wicked and heinous
and they are cutting the stomach of the person who is laying on the
flat surface on the table and they are doing worst with him, but as a
matter of fact, they are helping that person who is laying on that
Flat Cold Surface of Operation Table.

Just like that, those events, which really make us astonish, we bite
our nails and our blood boils and at the very moment, question raised
in our mind and in our heart "Why me?" or "Why us", actually those
events are not bad for us at all, they are for our own benefits,
because God as we all know loves His creation 70 times more than a
mother does to her kidos.

We can pray for that kind of Wisdom & Patience (if we are unable to
understand the logic and reasoning) from God, as it is already
mentioned in the same Surah / Chapter:

As it said in Koran, same Surah / Chapter:

"65. So they found one of Our servants, on whom We had bestowed Mercy
from Ourselves and whom We had taught knowledge from Our own Presence"

If we study those versus 65-70 (same Surah) we will then for sure
understand the complete answer of "Why me" or "Why us" very easily,
because you are wise and very intelligent and God granted you a very
sweet and soft heart.

Please pray that God grant easiness and teach us wisdom and make our
faith strong and steadfast in every moment of our life from micro to
macro level, and make us full of patience about the events that are
occurring in our daily life, either we understand them or not.

God grant us easiness and also make us able to distribute the easiness
in your surrounding. And make all our matters easy peasy japaneasy !
?

Ameen

Have a fun filled Eid-ul-Fitar to you,

Allah Hafiz
