Face wash /soap or cleanser?

someone recently told me that i should not even use a face wash as it have a PH less then 7 ( A base) and our skin is acidic so they eventualyl result in harmnig skin cells!!!

soap got the same issues...

so that person thinks we should always cleanse using cleansing milk..like daily.

what do you do?
Also please suggest a good face wash and/or cleansing creame. i am using lo'real pore cleaning face wash and ponds usually works well as a cleanser.
ur suggestions???

plus ANY TIP FOR EYE CIRCLES?

thnx :)

Oops! I just realized that you're in Pakistan!!! In that case, I would suggest a mix of multani mitti - That stuff is amazing....not quite the same here! My chachi also told me to try basan mixed with a BIT of haldi - it actually works pretty well, but it's a bit drying if you have combination skin. Use less than an eighth teaspoon per cup of basan....or else you'll develop a not-so-flattering yellow glow. :)

Salaam! The most natural and gentle one that I've come across so far is rather appropriately named "Angels on Bare Skin" (A) - it feels like you're cleansing with almonds, milk and what appears to be lavender seeds. It's readily available at Lush stores across Canada at a very reasonable cost - Try to buy it when it's fresh and store it in the fridge. (Do try it out, though....you won't be disappointed! :))

I like Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser. Sometimes I'll use Estee Lauder Perfectly Clean Splash Away Cleanser. One is $5 and the other is $19.

im not a fan of cleansing milk either....im a loyal fan of Basis...the green upside-down bottle. my sis and i noticed once we stop using that, or change to a different brand, we BOTH almost always start breaking out.
