Usualy histories are build so that the coming generations can learn something usefull out of it. unfortunately, Iraq-the so called name of a country has never seen this. The sad thing is there past had nothing to offer & now so dos there future. American invasion, the act itself was meant to destroy the bits n peaces of what is left in this nation.Its a game of n for oil.Right now, the iraqiz have suffered such trauma that it will take them long time to establish anything positive, specaily the most needed peace.I pray for them( iraq'z) and wish that U.S troops leave iraq for good, and if that is not possible.. U.S troops are no doubt inviting more trouble.

I think after playing a bloody game in Iraq and making plunder,America think herself obliged to make up for the wreckage and pay indemnity in the form of making an established Iraqi govrenment and quietly leave afterwards.

Affi..there's no way the troops shud leave iraq now....if the troops leave and the UN aren't prepared to go in...all that will happen is the strong and armed bunch of extremist b*stards that are carrying out the killings now will win....20,000 iraqis have died since the war 'ended' 2 years ago....and not many of them have been killed by the allied troops........blowing up a bunch of pilgrims on ashura day in karbala can not be blamed on the allies....these exteremist idiotic b*stards are all the same breed as saddam and some of them are even foreigners that hold very extreme views.................they maybe a small minority and no doubt 90% of iraqis want peace...but this minority are very dangerous and they would rather destroy iraq than have a peaceful iraq without them ruling it.....the troops have to stay for however long it takes to root out and destroy these idiots....only then will iraq have a chance of a peaceful future.

Good or bad, they just need to get out of there, and stop the numerous killings of poor civillians. Inshallah the Iraqi's will be able to rebuild their own country.

Invading Iraq was totally wrong idea especially over the weapons of mass destruction they didnt find. I think they should have let U.N intervene more in Iraq. Yea, Jasmine, I agree with ya thatthey kicked Sadam Hussein out of power because in the past he has tortured and killed millions of innocent people that have mass graves now. I think the U.S will stay in Iraq because they have already invested billions of dollars. I think in the long run its good for Iraq's economy because many iraqi people will have jobs. However, I do believe that they should leave when the government is stable.

Pakistan administered by the US, nothing better than that, look at Hong Kong, 99 year lease before returning, the center of such a great industry and business, no more debts. That would be such a relief. On the other hand, might is right. Until someone is strong enough to stand up against the bully of the class, guess what, he is gonna keep on bullying. plain and simple.

I think they should leave regardless.. you can't create a mess in someone else's country (uninvited) and pretend the mess will get better the longer you stay...also I think it's embarrassing/ shameful that US troops have trudged thousands of miles to Iraq..and are essentially running a Muslim country.. anyone who feels this is a good thing, how would you feel if your mother country - Pakistan, Syria etc. was being administered by the US..
