"Lotfi and Hanadi Ayoub opened their doors to the The Four Seasons Caf? & Grill on August 2005. The couple aims in providing their guests a variety of international foods all in one location. They strive to make sure each and every ingredient they use adheres to Islamic Shariah. The sauces and salsas are all made from scratch, just so they can be sure they serve their guests 100% Zabiha Halal. Even the cheese and milk they use have been researched by the couple to assure it is Halal.

The Chef and Manager of the restaurant, Mr. Lotfi, offers the restaurant over 20 years of cooking experience. He was trained to become a Chef in the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, where he worked for the prestigious Scottsdale Princess Resort. He then became head chef at Jumers, a German hotel located in Urbana Champaign. After that he moved to Chicago, and became the Regional Executive Chef for Marriott.

Along with his training in the kitchen, Lotfi studied nutrition. While working at the Marriot, he prepared menus for people with special needs. He knows how to cut the butter and oil, without cutting out any flavor. If you are on a special diet, let him know and he?ll be able to prepare something that will be just right for you."
