I went to Ishtar last night and spoke to the manager, the menu they have offered us is ?20.00 with a service charge of 12.5% making it ?22.50 per head... The drinks must be purchased seperatley, water will be available at the table.
The menu consists of -
STARTERS:
- Ispanak Tarator ( fresh spinach with creamy yogurt)
- Houmous ( pureed chick peas )
- Kisir ( cracked wheat salad with nuts and herbs )
- Patlicam Ezme ( grilled aubergine mixed with yogurt olive and garlic )
- Hellim ( grilled goat cheeses )
- Sucuk ( grilled turkish sausages with garlic and herbs )
MAIN COURSE:
- Mixed grill ( lamb and chicken with rice and veg)
- Fish seabass ( with rice/vegetables )
- Mousakka ( sliced aubergine, courgette, potatoes with herb in bechamel sauce )
DESSERT
-Baklava with tea/coffee

I have booked Ishtar restaurant for fri 24th March @ 7.30pm
10-12 Crawford St, London, W1U 6AZ
They are providing us with a set menu of starter, main course, dessert and tea/coffee...
They have three menu options with the prices in the region of ?20.
Also we are sitting downstairs with the live music and belly dancing! :P
