or at 1:15 like in Chicago?

let me know, it will make me build my class schedule accordingly.

In longwood medical center? In Dorchester?

the masjid on prospect street is ISB.

there is also jumaa downtown. if you get off at park street, there is a huge church across the street. there is a handicapped ramp that you can go down, and jumaa is held there. i don't know the timing, and it is only men that go... but if you want to know the details, i'm pretty sure that the bros from blackstone halal meat (in haymarket) go there for jumaa. last time i needed to check for someone, i asked them. i don't get meat from them anymore, but you can call them:

i hear there is a new zabiha restaurant in town... when i get a chance, i'll post the info. perhaps bostonians can meet up there sometime in the next coupla weeks?

vanderbilt hall has jumaa at 1:15. there are a few masajid in the roxbury area (about a mile walk from school of public health). if you go to islamicfinder.com you can type in the zip code and get masajid in the area. i'm not sure about dorchester, but i hear there is one in Quincy.

there is also a JE on this topic that someone started a few weeks ago. many people responded with personal experiences, so you might want to check that out and see which fits your taste.
