Good neighbourhoods to live in Boston

Hey everyone, i am moving to Boston this summer to specialize in Orthodontics. I will be going to Tufts dental school (downtown). I am wondering if anyone can give me input on good c areas to live in ...(i am currently looking at a place opposing Boston commons)

go with the city. but good luck either way.

a place opposing boston common is probably a good shot. the city is expensive, but it's nice and it's close to the school. somerville is also not a bad commute, as both somerville and tufts (new england medical center stop) are on the orange line. somerville is a little more suburbish than boston-common area and might work better if you have a car.

Ohh sorry my bad! I thought about Medford campus.. You are rite.

tufts dental is in chinatown, getasim. i dont think hell want to commute from tufts medford to tufts dental unless he has to.. dont do it.. boston is nice and convenient. try south end, back bay ...

Medford, Somerville. Both next to where Tufts is (Tufts is in Medford). Medford is a better place to live.
