Gourmet menu for professionals

ust because you work long hours or even if you dont but you want a delectable meal but dont want to spend all day on it, allow me to share one of my favs with you. Buy a
Boboli pizza shell or any shell of your choice
smoked gouda,
three cheese mix
basil
tomatoes
chicken
olive oil
butter 1/2 stick
garlic 2 cloves

Take the garlic, butter, basil, and olive oil (you can add parmesan if you wish) and blend them in a blender on the highest speed until it emulsifies into a green liquid. Baste the pizza shell with the liquid and pour whatever remains on top and spread it around evenly. Take the 3 cheese mix and spread it generously over the pizza crust (evenly). Grate the smoked gouda (be sure to use SMOKED gouda, you wont regret it), and spread that over the three cheese mix. Chop your tomatoes finely along with any other vegetables (i like red onions) and place them as you desire over the pizza. Cook your chicken breast on medium heat until cooked all the way through but not dry. Once they cool, shred them and place them on the pizza as you desire. Place the entire pizza in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 14-16 minutes or until all of the cheese has melted and began to brown at the edges. VOILA! It isnt a bad idea to do 2-3 of these and freeze a couple for a later date. Enjoy!
