Over here the eid prayer is the main thing. But this year we are probably not gonna go because my dad can't take the day off of work. I refuse to go to school or work on eid days....I just hate it. Usually there's a Libyan gathering. Since this eid is on a tuesday then the gathering will be either on the upcoming friday, saturday, or sunday :D. Looking forward to that. I'll probably end up going with friends to Boston Pizza then go see a movie. Yaaaaaaaaay. Exciting. Kul Sanna Wa-Intoo 6aybeen. DON"T FORGET TO FAST THE DAY BEFORE EID.

lol its a regular work day for me. 7am-3pm.. the occassional kul 3am wanto bkheir text message... although the cutest white old man came to the check in counter (i work for air canada at the airport here) a few days ago and said 'eid mubarak'.... and salamualaikum before he left... and explained to his friend the whole meaning behind eid il-adha better then i could have mashallah. :) it was cute. back to the point - there's a libyan lama in the evening tomorrow, women at one khala's house, men at another... and im sure there'll be some ikhla3ing and craziness as usual with 3aseeda and the whole nine yards... :)
