I did check out Zabiha but they dont have any HALAL BUTCHERS just lots of restaurants. I will try the other site though. Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestions..I will pass them along. The question was for a relative who just moved to Manhattan...I dont live in NYC so for me I can go to Jersey for my meat.
