its freakishly entertaining. i've never been to one. for some reason im still hesitant.

for those of you in northern VA, DC, MD there is anime usa animeusa.org katsucon katsucon.com otakon (largest anime con in US) www.otakon.com and free monthly showings at fairfax govt center animeclub.org (i end up missing most of the monthly stuff :( )

Ya, i'd definitely go if there was one in the neighborhood. Wouldn't pay for a flight ticket to get there though. Watching all the diehard cosplays would be quite interesting.
