hershey chocolate

I find that for cookies that the best kinda chip to use is the herhey's chocolate chips. They are lovely milk chocolate and bake nice and softly. Recently i tried the recipe with chopped walnuts and came out really good. The nuts added an extra crunch and the chocolate was still soft.

preparation time was about ten minutes and baking time is less than 10. I also took out a tray from the oven to use as a cooling rack and this help to keep the cookies from getting too brown at the bottom, instead they were golden.
let me know if you want me to post this recipe
Assalamulaikum

yes! please let me know how they go!

If you guys want to try it with walnuts --its so good, it gives a nice crunch effect. Just add a little less than a cup of chopped walnuts the same time as the chips.

I made them again tonight---i swear ill start dieting tomorrow---my sweet tooth is doing nothing for my thighs!!

This is what you will need, and as experienced bakers will tell ya, always make sure you have all the ingredients beforehand.
3/4 cup sugar, 1 cup butter(melted), 3/4 cup light brown sugar, 2-1/4 all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 eggs, 1 packet of hersheys' chocolate chips, 1 tbs baking soda, 1 tsp vanilla extract. preheat 350 and take out one tray from oven to use as a cooling rack.
This is what you gotta do: in a bowl mix butter, both sugars, vanilla and eggs untill its all nice and creamy. Then add the chips and mix.
Then put (whilst slowly mixing) salt, baking soda and flour. When it is in dough like form put it in the fridge for a few minutes. I usually do like 5 or so. Then use a teaspoon to spoon out onto ungreased sheet.
Baking the first batch is usually 12 minutes all batches thereafter are 8 to 10 minutes. dry them on the rack so you get that perfect yummy golden shade.

This gets easier and easier each time you make it and i find it a nice quick snack---

THIS IS WORTH THE TRY PEOPLE!!! people have said to me that this is the best cookie they have ever tried
