It was on "featured profiles" :) Just cant believe that they first allow these kind of pics and the literature and then put it on featured profiles... Unbelievable..
Dont you think ?
re: the picture. the fact of the matter is, they (naseeb.com) has a policy that they always refer to when they do not allow many of our seemingly innocuous pictures. yet, here we see a scantily dressed woman and they have no issues. the problem is not with the belly dancer, its a problem with the implementation of a policy that will be enforced equally (which it has not been) and that will accept artistic allowances (which it has not).
and as far as the 'im only here for fun and sex', again, the admins seem to restrict some things and not others, in a somewhat uneven manner. but since the profile is old and has not been used since at least 12/04, i suspect that the account has fallen under the radar so to speak and thus no action has been taken on it.
and as far as censorship goes, naseeb.com has very openly stated that they do have a censorship policy (re: defamation, profanity, improper pictures), this being a privately-owned site. they can technically do as they wish; i would just hope that what they DO is consistent, in the very least.

oh wait you think they should censor the belly dancer? I dunno man its a part of culture for a lot of 'muslims remeber there is pre-islamic culture in a lot of the arab world...it does not really bother me but may be it bothers other people. I for one am not for censorship if you don't like it don't look at it.
