WHAT YOU HAVEN?T HEARD

AT THE GARDEN CHAPEL

An Afghani Muslim single mother and her five children will share their story of being subjected to ongoing harassment and hatred in their neighborhood as well as in three of the children?s schools as part of MPAC?s community forum on "How Hate Affects Our Children."

In recent months, a number of hate incidents and hate crimes have been perpetrated against Muslim children in both Los Angeles and Orange Counties. MPAC and the Valley Interfaith Council (VIC) will hold this important community forum in order to explore how the wave of hate is impacting one of the community?s most vulnerable populations.
