Tightening the skin? Do you have lose skin or excess fat? I would recommend adding some condition excersices using weights.

Hey Staph, How are you, Where you been? I think you are too busy with your village "Femme_Fatales".
And no we are not gonna stone you unless you are serving tofu stuff at your wedding with TKO.

i think bleeeach is right...i saw a special on the daily show about people using vaginal cream on their face as an anti aging agent. the women that was advocating it was 59 and looking pretty alright.

give it a try alinah, tell us what happens.

and speaking of Prep H. i think witch hazel has the same effect that anti-hemmrhoidal creams have, so i guess using witch hazel under eyes would work as well?

oh and the weights will most likely help with the skin ... especially if u havent been too heavy or lost crazy amounts of wt...i lost like 60+ lbs post baby (and the skin issue is only at the belly)...gross. i know.

if youve hit a plateau with the treadmill, switch things up... like try a climber, stepper or elliptical... and yes, start weights... do your weights before your cardio... or try circuit training...i have been doing that for the last two months and i love it... basically i warm up, do 3 sets on whatever machine, then i either run, step or climb for three minutes at an intense pace (i used to never run because of shin splints, but now i can run for three min at abotu 7mph)-- anyway then i go to the next machine, my heart rate stays up and i can manage to burn more calories in little spurts than otherwise... after im done with weights, ill do the traditional cardio for 30+ minutes - either walk on an incline, jog, stationary bike, etc... hope this helps. oh drink lots of water!

yeah, free weights are very important. you dont need a trainer, just a good book geared towards women will do the trick. there is no one right way to do it, but whatever you do, you HAVE to stick with it.

try using free weights and working on separate muscle groups to tone up.

you don't have to get a trainer but it would be advised that someone to show you what exercises you can do to target certain areas...
