How tall would you like to be?


Are you happy with your height? Girls, do you wish you were over 6 foot? Or would you rather be petite?

I like my height the way it is but if I could change it I wouldn't mind being a bit taller at 5 feet 11 or MAX 6 feet. Personally I wouldn't mind being taller than 6 feet but it would be hard to find the right Muslim man to marry (because many would be intimidated by such a tall girl). I know its pathetic to not want to be taller JUST because it would be hard finding the right guy, but unfortunately its a fact of life that needs to be taken in consideration :(

I would NEVER want to be shorter......I loooove being tall!

I like my height.

There are times that I've wanted to be shorter, (or rather wished people were taller!) especially at desi parties where I've had my ultra-heels on and I have had to look down onto people's heads. Level eye contact would have been sufficient!

i was my full height when i was 12...never grew taller after that...i think it's my mom's fault...she was sincerely praying to Allah not to make me taller..... ;)

u have a few more years to grow - girls actually gain a little height till 24 but some grow during pregnancy too

we are all over 5"8 here and most of us wear heels

i went for my DL here in Ct - well i am 5'11" not 10 as i always thought.......


maybe i grew since the last time i measured myself

Well, I always used to think, that I am very tall for a pakistani girl, but I guess I am the shortest in this village, as my height is 5'6".......... (A) I like my height, as i love to wear, high heals.

I was already 5'5" by the age of fourteen, then finally reached my full height by 18. When I was twelve, one of our acquaintances at a Desi gathering thought that me and my mum were sisters (although Mum is very young-looking, mA). Saima, it's good to be young at heart (H)

HJ.... I didin't reach my full height until 21....I was a late bloomer, I started GROWING at 18, LOL! Hey, for all you tall girls, do you find that because you were tall, everyone always thought you were older (or still do). ITs funny cuz for me, I swear, it doesn't matter how tall i am, EVERYone thinks I"m a kid!

Hmm.....maybe it has to do with the way I act :P

i once saw a tall girl with a midget. churned my stomach...

Saima/HJ/Asim, tell me about it. i would love for my significant other to be tall. ok maybe not freaky tall, but mashallah tall as y'all in this village. and increasingly, (from what i've noticed) desi's/arabs are taller than the generation prior. has to be the diet, i tell ya!

I never understood why some tall guys want short girls. its beyond me. tall guys get taken away quicker too thats why tall girls cant find em. hmmmm maybe this village will help in that regard....lol

LOL....all the guys who like the tall girls, can't seem to find one, and all the girls who are tall and need a tall guy can't find them, or lose them to tiny girls :P
