How we met, how about you?
My hubby's version:
This is what I like to call the fast-track (the epic love story version will be released on a future date lol):
Feb 15: I became aware of her existance.
Feb 16: She acknowledged mine.
Feb 18: I was entranced by her voice on the phone.
Feb 23: I spoke to my parents.
Feb 28: I book 3 tickets to NY.
Mar 8: My parents and I sat in her living room for the first time.
Mar 9: I knelt before her while a warm breeze blew past us. She said yes!
Mar 11: Her dad said yes. Phew. LOL
Mar 14: I booked tickets for her family to come to Chicago.
Apr 12: We exchanged rings with a 100 witnesses.
Apr 29: I booked a ticket to NY: I had to see her again.
May 9-12: I visited my wife to be.
June 23: I booked my family's tickets to NY.
July 4: We got married! :-D
July 5: I left. LOL
July 17: I booked tickets for the baraat.
Aug 23: Dilwale dulhaniya le jayenge. ;)
Forget a bashful, passing glance across a bridge. If you want it, go for it! :)

I guess you are 1st person who ever answered the question I was looking for.
Well I am having the same problem ...I was about to close my profile too.but I waited to check for some advice.
Strangely I got very rude responses from a few & some good from nice people.
So based on your advice what do you pick good traits in men in general?
How to judge more than face value?other aspects of his personality?
Did you seek any advice from anyone or went with your gut feeling?(excluding parents its understood)

We met on muslimwedding.org. I was ready to give up...too many people responding like as if I were a lottery ticket. I was like forget this internet stuff..then I received one last email from him. So I guess it was meant to be.
