"For 2006 will be the year when I write the final book in the Harry Potter series. I contemplate the task with mingled feelings of excitement and dread, because I can't wait to get started, to tell the final part of the story and, at last, to answer all the questions (will I ever answer all of the questions? Let's aim for most of the questions), and yet it will all be over at last and I can't quite imagine life without Harry."

i heard a rumor that the 7th book will be released on july 7, of 2007...07/07/07....which would be kind of fitting...

i don't know... im still not fully convinced! i want the 7th book out now... and there should be an 8th one coming also... like, harry potter is the headmaster 50 years later and there is a new harry potter :).. my life is gonna feel so empty when the 7th book is done. :( ..ooh, they should write about james potter...

snape is not evil! If he was, why didn't he hurt harry when running away with draco at the end of book 6? He just knocked harry's wand out and ran. He could have killed harry easily or even captured him for voldemort...

i know this has nothing to do with the previous comments... but i def. think snape was evil!

exactly... or the publishers just might decide to delay it longer for better profits etc :(

but even if she writes it in 2006 we won't see it til 2007 cuz of all the editing and stuff that needs to be done first
