Hummus?


Can I have a recipe for the best-tasting, yet not hard or time-consuming-to-make, hummus??

yup laila keep it whole :) i wanna go and eat too!! :( man one of these days we should make a trip to the blaad lool wed have so much fun tourin each others home towns and seein family and stuff :D i dream too much lol sometimes ppl tell me i live in a fairytale world lool o whats ib na2nik? lol and yeah im confused too! whats the diff between all these dishes fadi lool ur the food expert lol

What is mettay? I say "isa", so do my sisters, and my hubby laughs about that and thinks we're weird. Your website is cool, Fadi. Is there a way I can turn off the music on the main page (besides muting my computer?)? The reason is I may want to browse it while listening to something else.

I have had imsaba7a. It's not the same thing as fatta , is it ? Now I'm confused? Which one is the one that has hummus and bread and some other stuff in it?

yeh this is called imsab7a in the sa7el, it is diffrent than 7umus, I used to have it all the time when I was in Latakia click on the syrian flag to know where is al lazeeqia and also u can see Reain's hometown, where they have mettay and they say sho isa?? :) www.fadi.ws

Reian, you keep the hummus whole? you don't mash it? I love fetta too---yummy!! I want to go to Jordan and go straight to the souk and eat: mu3ajinat ib jibna, ib za3tar, and ib na2nik, then have a shawarma, then fetta, then falafel & fresh pita bread....MMMMMM

there are so many things u can do with hummus! lol honestly i miss the fetti (i think thats wat its called lol) bes i dunno how to make it :S if anyone knows how plz share! my uncles and i used to make a quick hummus dish for late night 3asha...just use a dish of whole hummus and add some olive oil and crushed garlic...add a piece of parsley on top and enjoy :)
