I hate Big Brother

...so it was with quite some surprise I found myself asked to join this village. Now not that for a second I?m accusing any of you fine brothers and sister of this, but how sad must some peoples lives be that they devote there own free time to following the shenanigans of corrupt ?do anything for money? strangers.

It?s a reminder of how messed up society has gotten, how being on TV and fawning yourself for publicity and money have become the dream of so many. That the mindless mass of people sit glued in front of there TV sets eating up this drivel, think people like Jane Gooding and her ilk are people to admire and look up to.

we've fallen a long way people.......and yet its only gonna get worst.

Hey you just have to look at all the librarys that are closing down, all the independant book stores that are struggling, the fact day after day you hear stories of children doing nothing but watching TV, adults complaining about kids not having propler english and gramatical skills.

the casualty list goes on and on

TV has become the dominant media format, replacing books, radios, newspapers. The stuff thats shown on tv is a reflection of society as a whole, to say its simply TV just shows how were blindly being lead down a rather dubious path.
