WELL I WANT TO HAVE TEETH LIKE THE COLGATE ADVERTS THAT COME ON TV AND THE PERFECT SMILE!!!!

BUT I AM THINKING OF SENDING ALL MY X-RAYS TO PAKISTAN AND GET IT DONE THERE WHICH WILL BE CHEAPER, QUICKER AND I CAN CHILL OUT AND SHOW THE FRESHIES MY NEW ACHIEVEMENT!!!
