On Saturday December 3rd, IMAN will have its Seventh Annual Fundraising Dinner at Malcolm X College. Imam Zaid Shakir and Dr. Sherman Jackson are
scheduled to be our key notes: the tickets are very reasonably priced at $35.

We know that Malcolm X College is not part of the conventional fundraising venue circuit. Yet, as some of you know this is the only institution of higher learning in Chicago and in America named after one of, if not the,
most influential American Muslim voices of the last century. Therefore, we felt it was crucial that the Muslim community, especially organizations like IMAN, begin to celebrate its presence by holding more of our events
there.

Please make sure to strongly encourage your communities and constituencies to attend. There is plenty of free parking and it?s conveniently located
for those of you coming from the city or suburbs. More details and direction are available on our website: imancentral.org.
