So just wondering -- are behavioural descriptive interviewing becoming the norm? and wanted to know class of 2005's experiences --- i'm cdn -- so we interview in Jan -- and the stress is sinking in -- i got a phone interview tomorrow....*gulp* Inshallah I'm sure it will go fine ---- but *smile* any suggestions will be great!!
