"what do you think some of your weaknesses are?"
dont fall into this trap....turn it into something positive..
like "i try too hard" "i give up too much of my self for my passions in medicine"
dont say "well, im rather useless with a stethoscope...i mean fremitis? whats that all about?"
Concern #2: Will you do the job?
Concern #3: Will you get along well with others?
Concern #4: Are you manageable ?
Concern #5: Can the company afford you?
LET me know if you need more details and hints on how to address these concerns in your answers..
..
it gives you real idea of how an employer thinks..
and the 5 main eployer's concerns you should tailor your answers too.
anyways, academicswise-the top program in IM in NYC and NJ is Columbia. better sharpen your dominicana skills though. Cornell is up there too. but I din't interview there so can't tell you much. Sinai is the place if you wanna match cards. holla if you want more info.
