Yes i asked my beautician too...she said she had clients telling them of the white spotting and stipes scenario!! So my beautician got scared and asked a Dermatologist. He said it reduces the pigmentation in the skin..and will lighten it FOREVER!!!
Urhhhhh.....scary.
Good to know its an OK method. Again, like u said, its too expensive and costly.
