When women CRACK there fingers there fingers get FAT and MANLY looking.

Womens fingers should be frail and light and delicate.

In my opinion, it isnt so much bad more annoying. If you want to crack something, try a walnut :)

According to the book "Why Do Men Have Nipples" by Mark Leyner and Billy Goldberg (a NY times bestseller)

Knuckle cracking does not cause arthritis but may cause other types of damage, including strecthing of the surrouding ligaments and a decrease in grip strength. The popping sound is produced in the joint when bubbles burst in the synoival fluid surrounding the joint.

Here's an interesting FAQ where the consensus seems to be that there is no scientific evidence for arthritis being linked to cracking your knuckles after all... (but loss of grip and weak joints seem to be a common byproduct)
