Is it suicide if you die from hitting a tree at 150+ mph?

It happened to a friend of mine last year....

I like to race on the highway and sometimes I wonder if I go too fast and accidently hit something or something happened if it would be considered suicide or not.

um..... stick to racetracks u mean right? or is it, keep my insurance rate high by being stupid on the highways.... thanks.... what is this fascination with top speed anyways, what good is it? anyone can twist a throttle and go fast in a straight line, its if you can go fast thru a turn that matters.

well if there trees around and ure going 150 thats suicide...sitck to freeways man...
