Islamic discussion sessions


I was talking to Naima and we both decided that it would be a good idea to start Islamic discussion sessions on Sunday evenings? At a local Barne's and Noble or Starbucks. Would anyone be interested?
We were thinking that we'd pick a topic each week, discussion translation of the Quran (interpretation)...and go from there. Let me know...

I moved from Chicago..been here for a while.. dont know many people here.. just been busy with work.. so i think this would be a great idea for me to meet people...

The MAS youth discussion group meets every Sunday at 11:00 am Inshallah at the MAS (Muslim American Society) officeyouth center in Tempe. If anyone is interested in this activity, and has any questions, let me know. Sairah and I thought that it would be good to have one on this side of town as well on Sunday evenings.

I think this is a really good and easy thing to do to increase our own knowledge and understanding. We can talk about Quranic passages or hadiths or anything that anyone may have a question about. Please def let us know if you are interested. Everyone is welcome to come.
