every place in Istanbul has a historical signs. SultanAhmet Mosque( Blue Mosque),HagiaSophia(Church-Mosque), The Topkap? Palace,The Dolmabahche Palace are the mainlyl places to visit. If you come to Istanbul, you should see these places. I dont know about restaurants ans Hotels specifically. There are many five starred , expensive hotels ,luxory hotels :)
