ITunes: Dork of the week


Here is an excerpt from the Itunes registration agreement:

THE APPLE SOFTWARE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN THE OPERATION OF NUCLEAR FACILITIES, AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMS, LIFE SUPPORT MACHINES OR OTHER EQUIPMENT IN WHICH THE FAILURE OF THE APPLE SOFTWARE COULD LEAD TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE.

Can anyone even try to imagine how ITunes could be used to operate an aircraft??? Next time you see someone carry a jukebox onto your airplane, I advise you to catch ANOTHER FLIGHT!

I give the ITunes lawyers my vote for DORKS OF THE WEEK!
