ive been to many of his concerts in the US and the ambiance is quite awesome. and even if u dont understand the algerian dialect, the unique mix of his tunes, beats and melodies is somethng that nobody should miss. last but not least, unlike most singers, Khaled's voice reverberates in any venue, with or without a microphone, invading ur ear and transporting u into the melancholy, joy and ecstasy of EL Balad !

Absolutely not-it has nothing to do with how you set your profile. My profile is set to be viewed only by people connected to me through my circle of friends. It has to do with the fact that, even though we're not connected, I am an organizer for the NYC village and Cupckaes is not. So everyone can read what I post. Btw, Cupcakes said "ohhhh i lovee khaled..def gonan be there july 3rdd.."

Could it also be that you have your profile set at viewable by everyone and and cupcakes has it to her circle of friends? Hence I can't read..cause i have no friends on naseeb (I just joined) but can read yours!

Snakesss-you have to have people in your circle of friends-be connected-in order to read their comments. If you can read mine, then it means we're connected through someone...

Showing up before 2:30 is recommended, just to get a spot to sit and put your bag...I went to quiet a few events-when Natasha Atlas was there it was PACKED.

hey on another topic what does it mean when you can't read some people's comments on naseeb--when it says "not connected" I've just started using this site and have no idea why I can read some people's comments and not others--

I've never been to an event in Central Park--so if this event begins at 3:00 what time do you recommend showing up? Like 2:00?

You can show up...but if you're on desi time, do not expect to find seats-since it's a free event, there's always LOTS of people...

No, it's a part of Summer Stage events in CP. Check SP website if you want to make sure. Summer Stage events usually go for "suggested donation" of $3 or something....
