It could make for a nice revival for Cleveland - considering the city itself is going through some major rehauling. Nice 'chatting' w/ you, Salaams. :)

Mike made Chicago that much better of a city, and I am sure Lebron can do the same for Cleveland. If he starts winning rings, Cleveland's marker will soar.

Lunch break is over, and I got to go :oP

Salam,

Rudy

My brother lives in Cleveland & is a huge Cavs/LeBron fan, so he's rubbed off on me. :P

(It's the first time we're on the same page, he used to go for the Bulls and I was a Jazz fan, haha).

Sometimes to try and p'iss him off I talk about how LeBron is gonna leave the first chance he gets.

But seriously I'd like him to stay and help build the team. I think they got a good shot in the years to come to be stars.

Lebron has the charisma, the character, and the originality in his game. Unlike Kobe, Lebron did not rip of Jordan's game. Kobe tries to talk, walk, run, and do everything like Mike; even cheating of his wife like Mike, lol!!!

Salam all. I give Kobe a lot of credit for scoring 81. However, I would also say that Raptors are the most horrible defenders ever.

Remember people, Lebron is the better player; he fills up the stat sheet in all phases of the game and wins!!! As for people comparing Kobe to MJ, it is still ridiculous. David Thompson, Elgin Baylor, and David Robinson also outscored MJ's highest (69), but does that mean they were better? No! Not by far.

Props to Kobe, but Lebron is the chosen one. It is 3rd year and he is averaging 31, while filling up all the rest of the stat sheet.

Salam,

Rudy

Kobe wont change .. and I dont think his teammates are that bad. Odon is a stud and Smush can shoot. I'd take them over AI's supporting cast any day.

But Kobe got what he wanted .. a bunch of wusses that wont stand upto him. He didnt care about winning the 3 titles, since Shaq got all the credit and MVP awards. He broke up the team so he could basically go off. He wont ever win another title ...

in the post-game interview, he thanked the fans for their support but neglected to thank his teammates...after all, if they hadn't been chuckin up bricks all game long, he wouldn't have had to drop 55 in the second half

Kobe's domination has given me a new found respect for him. He is the villian of the NBA, and I think his performance is a "I dont give a f***" statement to the league. Outstanding performance. Thats why I will enjoy him getting clobbered Sunday against the Pistons.

I wasn't really a fan of MJ's and thought he was a ball hog back in the day. :P

LOL everyones so negative about Kobe. MJ was a bigtime ball hog when he first started, in fact, he was like that much of his career. He only started distributing towards the end of his career where he became a smarter player.

I don't really like kobe either but man that was one impressive performance...

I don't think Jordan woulda scored 100. he coulda if he wanted to, but thats not MJ - he's a team player. Kobe is a kameena; whose got game, and yass786 hit it on the money - an EXTREMELY overrated defender - only that idiot bill walton nominates him for Def. MVP. Kobe wishes he had lebron's total game. nonetheless 81 pts is ridiculous and as much as i hate kobe, u cna't take tha away from him. what's pissing me off is comparing it to Wilts 100. that's not fair; sure players overall are more athletic and all; but wilt had to deal with triple, quadruple teams in the PAINT even befoer he touched the ball. kobe should enjoy it, cause he aint winnin another ship iA - and VC should stop crying sayin its bad for the kids to see someone drop 81...

Kobe's performance was huge but not that huge cuz of the new rules and regulations in the NBA if jordan had these rules back in his days he would of got a 100 points. sportsillustrated.cnn.com

He is a punk .. dont matter how much hes trying to steal the glory.

One thing I gotta give him, hes never afraid of anything. Hes driven like nobody in the league. Its a shame that its only been for his own benefit. He'll avg 40/game this year.

Most overrated defender in the history of the NBA. He reaches in and then lets his guy blow by him.

Ya that was something else..but I still don't like him!
