Least Favorate Star Trek Episodes.

ok we voted for the best episodes, so what is your least favorite Star Trek episode?
mine is the second episode in the first season. The one that had a planet of black people who kidnap women and stuff. everyone I know hated that episode, it is very racist and I am shocked that they even made that one. so what is your least favorite episode?

a friend of mine boycotted the James Bond movies when they had Pierce Brosnan in them, he just could not see him in that character ... I kinda like him actually ... he is classy ..

so I guess you were introduced to ST with the original cast ... I saw some episodes earlier but became hooked with TNG. Thats why I like that one better. I think it was much more developed had better writing and related more to us than the original one.
I still love DS9 the most, the first not so Star Trek universe series with the man characters at each other's through and some reall drama ...

I actually didn't mind the ship's counselor/riker's one time flame. And her mother was a very interesting lady. The cheesy riker-counselor romance angle though definitely was annoying.

On an unrelated note, whatever happened to Wes? Did he finally grow up?

Glad that Jonathan Frakes made a much better director than actor.

Deeply annoyed as I always was by Riker, I was even more annoyed when he ended up on a planet where all the women were physically bigger/taller than the men on the planet - in a kind of a role reversal way.

And yep, you guessed it. The lady leader - impressed that a man was at least as tall as she was - or at least taller than the men she was used to - developed some kind of a crush on riker.

Only on another planet. Only on another planet ;)

my least favorite... from the original star trek with captain kirk is "And The Children Shall Lead" The Enterprise responds to a distress call from a scientific expedition on Triacus where they are shocked to find not only that all the adults have killed themselves but that their children do not seem to care. It turns out the children are enthralled to Gorgon, a sort of demon entity that lives on the planet. Kirk decides to take them onboard the Enterprise. These children make the crew hallucinate as if all their worst fears are occuring. The crew starts seeing things such as knives and swords flying at the ship. --- stupid stupid stupid *:

remind me what was "Shades of Grey" about?

I agree, that was a disgraceful episode --- definitely among the worst.

However, my vote goes to the TNG episode "Shades of Grey". A clip show, for crying out loud!

Honorable mention goes to "Threshold" from Voyager, though despite being shockingly bad, it still is somewhat grotesquely fascinating... what with Janeway and Paris frolicking in the mud as salamanders and mating. I don't think someone in a sober mental state could ever think of that stuff.
