based on my personal experience, i would venture to say that latino muslims don't generally want to gather together to hang out like for example arabs or pakistanis. LM's just hang out with other muslims regardless of where they're from. I think that's a good thing. You'll rarely bump into a big group of them. Having said that, it's no surprise there're like 50 or 60 muslim latinos but they do'nt participate in this village. What would they even talk about if they did? Hispanic muslims haven't been around long enough to even develop a type of culture like the one black american muslims have. So yeah ..no revival

Pink :) Glad to see you in here. I sent out a bunch of invites, so hopefully this won't be a village of 2 :P

As I mentioned, I'm not Latina but can speak and read Spanish and grew up with Latino friends and neighbors. A village like this is a treasure---so we'll just keep pushing until it starts running again (like an old car ;))
