LMP versus Reactionary Djinn Believers!

This is ONE of the TWO issues closest to rt. hr. Kevin's heart.
Unfortunately I could not let this opportunity pass. Under the guise of religious self-righteousness, many have gotten away with criminal acts and ideologies. This is one such act and ideology.
Rt. Hr. Kevin conveniently mixes religion with the fields of learning. First of all, these fields of learning existed before the advent of Islam and human history is a testment to that. Muslims carried the torch further and then let it pass on for others. The light of life continues to shine! It always has and always will! So the notion of 'revitalizing' anything is rather naive.
In any case, there is no such thing as "Islamic Sciences". This subject did exist. During General Zia's 1980's in which one of the topics was "How to harness the energy of jinns for creating electricity". "Islamic scientists" would seriously undertake this study. Why? Because they BELIEVED JINNS EXISTED!!!
This is precisely the problem. SCIENCE is corrupted by the likes of these 'Islamic Scientists'. THey want to POLLUTE the scientific method with their religious indoctrination that their parents taught them. And rt. honrable Kevin wants to perputuate these POLLUTED ideas.
I am not attacking rt. honorable Kevin, but his stupid ideas. "Islamic Science" with areas of study like "how to calculate sawab (blessings" was freakin stupid then, is freakin stupid today and will always by freakin' stupid!
This outburst is meant to reflect the intense desire Lover's of Modernity Party and its coalition partners have for the quest for knowledge. We DO NOT wish to see the light of knowledge pass off into the hands of irresoponsible "Islamic Scientists" who turn the method of science on its head.
My message to those supporting such reationary and disillioned parties is: Stand on your feet. Not your head!
As you can see Member's of Parliament, rt. hr. Kevin has CLEARLY stated that ONE of the things closest to his heart is the 'revitalization' of these stale ideas. Do you want to give him the chance to extinguish the light of knowldge?
