Looking for a husband - a 15 step process

Strangely enough I feel rather ODD writing this. but the (my, in this case) truth has to to be stated. I have reached a conclusion based on experimental testing and sample size > 30 so the sample is statistically significant.

LOOKING FOR A HUSBAND IS LIKE LOOKING FOR A JOB BECAUSE EVERYONE IS SHOPPING AROUND

I am sure everyone on this list at some point or the other have looked for jobs so what is below is a set analogies enjoy

1. Search naseeb extensively, do your homework - maximize the use of advance search capability

2. Find a dozen options

3. When you find something remotely interesting - send email introducing yourself and that you are interested to know more about the company (man in this case).

4. That done now wait for responses.

5. Be careful when you receive the response, read between the lines. And then respond back impressing upon him how great you are and what virtues you have (BS mostly).

6. Based on communication decide if you want to do an informational interview. If so, schedule a time.

7. In the meantime find someone who knows the person or if you are connected to this person. Find the second degree of separation contact. Talk and get any additional information.

8. Do your homework. Search the net for his name you can find really strange things about the person

9. Do not let guilt get the better of you - everyone is shopping around.

7. Decide to meet in a public place preferably for coffee because if you don't get along you don't have suffer him for too long - cut the interview short.

8. Weigh your option ask him if he is really serious or shopping around, get information that is what the informational interview is all about. Also other potentials you never know.

9. Follow-up very important - send a thank you e-mail that it was such a pleasure meeting him. Even though he bored you out of your mind which is true in most cases. Be polite.

10. Continue pursuing all options, something will sooner or later will materialize

WAIT ...... WAIT ..... PATIENCE

11. Someone is finally interested in you and is ready to offer you a position of a "Wife."

12. Ask them to send you an appointment letter via e-mail.

13. Read all the conditionality's and salary information carefully - call back and negotiate - this is the time you don't want to undersell your self.

14. Sign and accept.

15. Congratulation you have a "husband job"

Some pointers:

I hope the same saying would not apply.

Looking for a job is a full time job.

"you don't have to love your job to have it - the good thing is you have a job"

please replace the word "job" with "husband" at your own risk.

After all this work do I really want to get married should I not just find a more interesting job.

Kudos, to all those who are making the effort.

Disclaimer: I do not take any responsibility for this - if you act on this you do so on your own accord.
