You're obviously been hurt bigtime..but love in not a usless feeling. Love is a test. Real love is selfless..if it is based on "want" and "need" I think its an egotistical love. I once knew someone, who just loved the way she was loved, you know? She only loved the guy, because he was feeding her ego. its real subtle but real love means being happy for someone else, letting them go, always loving no matter what they do. Heart broken? Been there, the girl is now married with a child. But love is not useless..I still pray for her and hope shes happy. For a while I was upset..but I realised she wasn;t made for me..as if I had a right to her or something. Thats EGO..straight up. The fact is if you're meant to be with someone, u will end up with them..its already written..so take it easy..and I'm sure one day u'll get so much love it'll be overflowing. Stay positive and take care.

And why would anyone call love..useless? It might sound cliched but "To have loved and lost is better than not having loved at all". Blaming the feeling instead of the person, dats a little unjustified so to say !

Love is actually the most useless feeling on earth. Been it once and well obviously broke my heart to a million pieces.
This peom, oddly enough, is not about a hickey.... but a kidding around bite from a person which left a mark who I think I may be falling for- that's why it took an odd turn. A peom which was meant to be funny turned out dragging my deepest thoughts from my darkest echelons.
And let's see Ahmed, if he's merciful. Cos like all you men out there, he won't admit it.

I hope you're alright..I know people always say this but love is just a feeling.Dealing with feelings, I think thats what life is all about, as in how you react, what you do with them. It is hard, theres no denying that. Actually I often struggle with love, but I think its a mercy..to love someone. And torture if they dont love you back.
