uhhh dude the Killers is considered emo/indie. Emo isn't dead, it's just so much more active. Post-punk died out in the 80s. New Wave died out in the 80s. Goth died out in the 80s and had a revival in the mid 1990s. SCREAMO, hardcore, was definitely late 80s/early 90s. Today, if you wanna be a scene kid, it's EMO, mate. And I hate emo. I'll stick to streetpunk and Oi!, thank you very much.

the only hairstyle I do is a mohawk. Sometimes I wear spikes in my hair. On other days I might do a straight mod style (like the Beatles or the Strokes), but when I do, I get mistaken as an emo scene kid. and I hate emo.
