very dissapointin game. i recommend everyone stick to espn 2k5; it detroy's madden 2006.

Daym son....So much detail!!! its gonna take me a few hours to get used to this...but i like what i see so far!!!
Lovin the back juke and the truckstick!!!

aight peoples...tomorrow is the beginning of the maddan monopoly era (espn can't make football games anymore, since EA bought the rights from the NFL). whoever picks that shyt up; let me know and we'll play online.

ya man...i can't stand it...everytime nigga plays chicago, Tears em up, like no otha motha....! pisses me off! and not to mention how he choked last year!!! hurt ribs...ya rite!

yeah man, especially in madden. ray lewis the kutta was like unstoppable...mcnabb is gonna be like 100 in every category, now THAT pisses me off.

haha...well, I guess i just have to play it again...but right now i'm excited about Madden 2006, can't even think of playing any other game!

Hey you ever notice, the player ont he cover is usually the best player in the game? Y is that? they're like unbeatable, they can do no wrong...! I swear I'm gonna school McNabb in this game though...! User pick him all day long! haha

lol...yeah i saw that (when he holla'd at the cheerleader, LOL). he's dirty bro, dont' get me wrong, but his quad is gettin hurt all the time over the last two years; i just think people don't fear him as much as they did. he's rookie season was almost too good, and that raised expectations, which he hasn't lived up to. anywayz, i hope he bounces back, cause he's a rare talent (the dude was returnin punts in college!!!), and seems to be a good guy too; a rarity nowadays man. yeah, i was used to the madden controls myslef, but you can control the secondary coverage in 2k5 (hold R - or L, can't remember, and then push the button corresponding to the player you wanna move into double coverage, or to the line to blitz. once you push the button, your opponents players will have icon's on top of them, and then you choose who you want to double, etc.). lol, sorry for the long a$$ explanation, but i tried...

ya ur right, but after playing Madden all these years, ur just accustomed to the madden controls you know what i mean? like on the 2k5 i kept on tryin to do the hit stick or tryina change coverage or blitz the saftey...couldn't!

About Urlacher, when he burst on the scene, they let him do whatever he wanted tooo...I think the bears didnt' realize he was such talented (thus they drafted him...they only draft the loosers) After his first year, they told him to calm down, as in, take precautions and this and that...but this is year 2 with the new coach, he hopefully lets Urlacher loose!!!

I mean remember the Atlanta vs. Chicago massacre couple of years ago? Urlacher was all over the place, against VICK, cause to contain VICK they let Urlacher be himself, without any restraints...he didn't drop back in coverage he didn't just play the middle of the field, cause you can't do that VICK, and what does he do? recover a fumble for a 90+ yard TD...no one touched him...and he'z a linebacker! true atheleticsm...but i guess i'm also biased cause i'm a chicagoaun!!!

I agree with you on Vilma, he'z pretty sick!!! Should be a breakout season for him!

and you didn't like the espn 2k5? i thought it was great man; the madden game was too defensive oriented, which took away a lot of the fun.

2nd best linebacker? he WAS - 3 yrs ago when he burst on the scene, but he needs to get his team to the playoffs to get back up in my books. many analysts even consider him one of the most overrated LB's (i think he's good, could be great, but never lived up to the hype). derrick brooks, al wilson, takeo spikes (just to name a few) are better imo yaar. and vilma will be the 2nd best LB very soon...

are u serious? the 2K5 game? personally...I don't like the graphics much and the controls are weird...

Ya covers don't bother me much, but subconsiously I keep a track of the covers...! I'm waiting for Urlacher to be on the cover of the Madden covers...! He'z he 2nd best linebacker in NFL today, 2nd only to Ray Lewis...!

im not too concerned about the cover...it just better be a good game; imo, the last two espn football games were better, even though im a die hard madden fan...
