Making Supplication
Anas said:
"A woman came to the Prohet (p.b.u.h) to complain to him of a need. He said, 'Shall I tell you something better than that? You should say:
"There is no god but Allah" (La ilaha illa'llah) 33 times when you go to sleep,
and say "Glory be to Allah" (Sub-hana'llah) 33 times
and say "Praise be to Allah" (Al-hamdu li'llah) 34 times --
and that makes a hundred which is better than this world and all it contains.'"
