Thank you for the support. I've received a few venomous emails for marketing this, but I just can't agree with the concept of not standing with someone on a subject you agree with just because you disagree with that person's opinions on other unrelated matters. I'm very happy about the march, and will post in DC village.

I applaud your efforts and am totally supportive. I think your platform is refreshing indeed!! and for those critics, it's not about whether logistically they can do so or not, it's a messgae about where we Muslims stand on this issue and not to be silent when there is any harm against any human being regardless of faith. The Quran mentions verses that directly deal with their mission- paraphrasing, if you kill 1 person, it's as if you have killed humanity..... pls ponder!

I don't think the organizers think they are going to stop terrorism with a march, and that's not the intent. The intent is to fully separate from people who are killing innocent civilians and in so doing help break the belief that these murders are justified by our religion.

lol...i think the best way to stop terror is for the powerful states to stop killing innocent women and children. I mean what would u tell a palestinian suicide bomber who has lost his entire family that would bring him back to sanity? i really don't know...your march is certainly not going to do the trick. How about we tell our governments not to create situations that turn people into psychopaths in the first place...
