I'd say not if it is used like _some_ Native Americans use it, as a divine medicine in prayer-ritual which is intended to enable the inner eyes develop the ability to see past things material.. I have experienced two tipii ceremonies, and the holy-green (Mary Jane) was anything but a hinderance..

Same here maan.. so, doesn't the Quran prohibit us from "Intoxicants and Games of Chance?" Whoever said Mary Jo is an intoxicant? It is like Saliva Divinorum, a divine and holy plant, meant as a gift for the masses.. not a party inducer for the classes..
