fad diet implies that it will only take the weight off temporarily.... this program is more about a lifestyle change, therefore it actually does work...

according to a recent study published on cnn, weightwatchers is apparently the only fad diet that actually works. i once lost 13 pounds in a month with them. hmmm....i should go back....

Yoaamir .. I totally agree yaar .. "denial is not just a river in Egypt" ...

Though I must admit that as time goes by, one tends to concentrate less on looks (I less less - not forget ok! ) and more substance.. looks dont last forver, but a nagging mate well ..enough said

i know a couple of co-workers that successfully lost weight through weight watchers, so apparently it *can* work.

you'd better hit the treadmill, you have only a few weeks left! ;)

Don't laugh - Weight Watchers..... they retrain you, I became more cogizant of portion control.... and of course, exercise every-day....

I've been a little lax lately and put on 10 lbs this summer, but that was sheer laziness..... so far I've lost 5 of those 10, and will be back down soon.... hopefully before ISNA!!!!

oh snap, that reminds me... i found a white hair just above my forehead this morning, but i forgot to yank it out with a pair of tweezers.

odvs1: you sound like you know what you're doing.

yea, right now, the few new white hairs are a novelty for me. My ability to avoid sunlight has resulted in minimal epidermis elasticity loositis and a nice pale gori complexion. I also have my trusty girdle and corset to keep the lumps smooth. I'm hella smart.
