The softened gaze complementing the veiled smiles.
A joy unknown, a world undreamed, a desire unrevealed.

In circles around the sacred fire..
In melting words of consent
A new pledge?born to Us
A new Us?born to this pledge

As you shade me with your presence.
My eyes savor sleep?.after a lifetime.
The dark masks of happiness.. pulled out
As I distill true blessedness from your touch

Ashes? my past?flames? your passion
Pieces.. my chains? steel ?your faith
Drained? my tears? soaked? your kisses
Shrouded ?my pain.. Winged...your pleasures

And I dare to steal time from fate?
Broken once, Betrayed twice.. Bowing.. no more

Thats a very beautiful poem. Shakespeare once said True Marriage is in between True mind

If hope you dont feel that everything that is rosy is beautiful. Marriage should be like a collage, made up of all kinds of things. You never argue with someone you dont know, you dont erupt unless you are hurt and only someone close can hurt you, you cant fight with someone you cant win over. Ever marriage is beautiful in its own right. Its just that you have to have the right perspective to see it and yes, love marriages can end up both ways, mega successful or a dismal failure. My sis has married someone she loved and Alhamdolillah you can see the love radiating from their marriage, you can see it in the kids..in their nokk jhonkk and so on. And I have seen couples going to court in 4 months after marriage, the passion died early for them.

Thought dont know what marriage wud feel like, but have just tried to conjure up something dats a mix of fantasy, passion and reality.

Kabhi kabhi meray dil main, khyaal aata hai.... kay jaesay tujh ki banaya gaya hai meray liyay... .
