Maximum Fitness
If you get a chance, check out the new issue of Maximum Fitness magazine on newsstands now--I have several articles in there including one in the Q & A section here: www.maxfitmag.com
Have done my share of fatburners. Was on the ECA stack for 2 yrs (way back when I was younger and knew everything).
I had great energy, great workouts and it was a good mood "enhancer". Having said that, I did have to deal with elevated heart rate and BP along with persistent dehydration (which, I suppose, one could remedy by drinking loads more water).
Now that I've been set upon by old age, something like Volumetrics (plus a lot of super-high treadmill walking along with regular training) seems to make more sense to me as the sustainable way to keep bodyfat levels in check. cbass.com
Nice pics with stalone...hehe. Any info. that you've gathered on 'tight' by Sans for fat loss would be beneficial. I've seen the reviews on bodybuilding.com and other sites for this product and I've used it myself and recommended it to others as well.
AOA Rehan :)
Wanted to see your input on fat burners for those with hypo and/or hyperthyroidism. Now, I know the disclaimer (very well in fact, so you can leave that out ... but tell me if you really think this is an issue for an otherwise healthy and having TSH level under control person.
