Meeting up - Sun 5th March (update)
Hi guys... P:
We had a great evening, lots of laughter, jokes, dares and good company, some of us were made enough to try unusual food combinations!! Thanks to Maakjr!!
The money raised for the Earthquake appeal was just under 33% of what you paid for the dinner...
I will make that payment to one of the Islamic charities today Inshallah. :)
Photocopy of cheque available on request!!! :P well as soon as I find my cheque book! Someone is bound to start a rumour somewhere! lol :D :D :D
Thank you to everyone that came and I hope you had a good time, some of you had long journeys but you made it! (H)

May be a bit late, but definitely see u there! ;)
Travelling on the M4 from London towards Reading/Slough take the 3rd exit at junction 6. Ist exit if travelling from the opposite direction. This is Tuns lane.
Continue until you reach the first roundabout, take the 3rd exit at the roundabout, you will be on Church Street.
This will then become Chalvey Road East. You will pass several sets of traffic lights until you reach a crossroads at the end of the road -
Take a left at WINDSOR RD (A332), You will pass the police station on your left, then take the first right onto HERSCHEL ST.
The 3rd left is PARK ST and that is where Shazads is situated but instead of turning if you continue just past it you will come across the entrance to Shazads car park on Herschel St.

Sorry for the delay in responding...
I have booked Shazads in Slough for us to meet at 5pm.
the reason for booking it for this time is so that we can make the most of the evening without it turning into a late night as many have work to go to on a Monday morning!
I got a good deal and the restaurant does great food.
Parking is available and the train station is 5 mins away...
It is a buffett meal, which will consist of starters, main course and dessert (eat as much as you like) They will also provide us with unlimited soft drink bottles at the table.
the cost is ?15 per head and some of the money will go towards the Pakistan Earthquake Appeal.
To sum it all up, you will have a great evening, lots to eat and drink and an opportunity to donate towards a charitable cause...
