God says: dont be despaired of Allah's mercy , as He has made hoplessness unlawful.-39-53Q.

the perfect example is the story of prophet yakhub,
Allah asked yakhub do u know why i seperated you from yusuf?
the reason prophet yakhub said:" i fear the lest of the tiger may eat him"allah asked" why did you entertain fear of the tiger and not hoped in me? why did you looked at the neglect of his brothers and not look at me?
then the prophet said: let nobody die without having a good idea about faith in Allah. he said god says: i work according as my servent thinks of me.

My interpertation of the story:
i think Allah is sayin that if a person has only his/her hope based on what is front of his/her eye, cuz most of our lives these days is full of negativity, kind of stuff that is beyond our hands most of the ppl lose hope in that process and get despaired as you can see in above story taht even a prophet felt the same way, he was a prophet and we are only regular ppl. i personally love this article cuz i think dats the only way i can find hope in my life.
the first most important hing is for us to belive in THE EXISTANCE OF ALLAH, we all say we do pls ask this question to your slef if you have faith in Allah will u be feeling the way u feel about hope?
i know this is a very harsh question, alot of ppl might not like this but pls think about it.
i dont knwo about u guyz but thats the quesiton is ask my slef everyday and every minute if somehtign upset me that if i have faith in Allah why do these worldly matters that mean nothing bring a tear in my eye.
i believe once you get passed that your life will be much much easier. i know its hard i ams till workign on it MAY ALLAH HELP US GET PASSED THAT.
Anywayz lets get back to the article:
prophet went to a dieing man and asked him : what is you condition? he replied: i fear for my sins and hope for lord's mercy. Prophet replied God gives him mercy in whose heart fear and hope unite.HADITH:
to religious men were equal in divine services and they entered paradise. one of them got much higher rank than the other. the men asked "O Lord this man did not do more divine service than my self so why you gant him much higher rank?
God replied: that man asked me for much higher rank in paradise and you only asked for salvation. so i rewarded him according to his prayer.
this shows that if the other man had much hope and asked for a higher rank and Allah wud have rewarded him but all he did was ask for salvation.

for this pur prophet(pbuh) said :pray for high rank in paradise have more hope as there is nothign greater than the Almighty.
once a companion asked the prophet: i ask youa question: what is the sign that GOd wants good of one man and not good for another man?
(ex: like how some r more bless with pious deedsthan others). prophet asked : what is the condition of you r mind when you get out of bed?he replied i get out of bed wiht love of pious and good works and hope that Allah will reward me for my good deeds. prophet replied: this is the sign of one who god intends good(pious) if he intends not to do good for you then HE doesn't care if you perish in hell fire.
there are alot more hadith out there on this subject if you look around u will fidn it insha'Allah.
